Description: An elegant, well balanced and floral white from the most important appellations in southern Burgundy. A really welll made wine it has a good weight of pear and apricot fruit aromas enhanced with just a touch of honey and a mineral finish. The fresh and lively acidity combine to make this one of the best Pouilly Fuissés we've tried.
Fish and shellfish are good partners and it also has the body to combine well with pâtes and terrines.
